The Limeliters (Giulia Millanta, opening)

For 60+ years the Limeliters have entertained standing-room-only crowds  with their incredible musical talent and zany sense of humor. They first  made their mark in folk clubs and on college campuses during the height  of the folk music boom of the early 60′s, which led to numerous TV  appearances. With different configurations over the years, the group has  preserved their signature vocal sound.   “If the Kingston Trio are the undergraduates of big-time folk singing, the Limeliters are the faculty.” - Time Magazine 

Giulia Millanta has been described by Michael Greenblatt on The Aquarian Weekly as being "deeply evocative with a dash of Piaf, a sprinkle of Lady Day, a pinch of Norah Jones and a teaspoon of Madeleine Peyroux."[1] "She has been called smart, eclectic, adventurous and cool, and  credited with psychedelic grooveability whilst 'baring her clairvoyant  soul' to 'deliver musical mojo'".
