This Saturday, March 12, I will be sharing a cool Austin stage with Terry Klein,
Who’s brand new record, “Good Luck, Take Care,” is receiving well-deserved loving attention from all over the country. Terry & I both live in Austin - he & his family in north Austin, not far from where I grew up, and me out in Cedar Park - not that far either, really.
2 Austin songwriter/performers playing in their hometown on a Saturday is pretty rare, because we are all so often on the road, and I am grateful for a night close to home, playing songs with a friend, who I consider to be a particularly gifted storyteller, and whose songs are as timely right now as they are timeless, always.
We’ll play the songs we believe will connect to the room, and we’ll enjoy each other’s songs and company, and we’ll all be together in a soulful room, which is good medicine in these days of uncertainty.
